No more difficulties conceiving?!

My significant other and I never conceived after years of trying... Then all of a sudden I fall pregnant (ended in a m/c) less then a year later I fall pregnant again. Now conceiving seems not as difficult as it use to be. Have you ever went from thinking "I can't get pregnant" to "I can't believe I'm really pregnant" Please share miracle your stories.
