Tips on how to get pregnant???

My husband and I have been trying for 2 years and nothing yet.  We've don't have any children so we're totally new to the whole process.  Haha.  I haven't been on birth control our entire marriage. 
 Any tips or tricks that worked for you to get pregnant?

If you've been trying for 2 years without success, it's probably time to consult a doctor. Most medical advice says to see a doctor after 1 year.

I agree with Jessica. I was convinced it just wasn't the right time I put it off for 6 years and I've had to have an op to get pregnant now. Don't hold off xx
