Do you smoke?

According to the ASRM, smoking is terrible for fertility. In one large study done on over 10,000 women, women who smoked were significantly more likely to experience infertility (60%) than women who did not smoke. Also in another study, the women who smoked experienced menopause one to four years earlier on average than non-smoking women.

Clearly smoking is bad for you if you are trying to conceive.

However, today's cigarettes are so very addictive that it is all but impossible to stop.

In fact, women who try without outside intervention are more than 95% likely to relapse.

Do you smoke? Have you tried to quit? What, if anything, helped?
