2nd Cycle after MC

Hi ladies, I am on my second cycle since my last MC. My periods have been super weird since the MC. The first week is spotting & then the second week is an actual flow. I'm almost goin on two weeks of AF now. I'm not sure if this is bc of the MC or if I should contact my doc. Any advice??
