Ovulation kits point of?

Im new to TTC.

​ I don't understand the use of the ovulation kits. I plan to have sex daily from after my period throughout fertile period (lol and maybe carry on after) so surely this is adequate? How does the ovulation kit help?

It makes sure you're actually ovulating too.

I ovulate later than average. Found this out using the opk. So, even though we were bd'ing all through what the books and glow said were my fertile days we were missing my actual fertile window. Did that for 3mos. 4th month used glow and opk and got my bfp!

What kits do you recommend for use?  I know they can be expensive.

The time that Glow pinpoints as your fertile period isn't always accurate. To know exactly when you're ovulating OPK's come in handy.
