Hello everyone! My name is katie, I have not activly posted here yet, just have been lurking for awhile so i hope you dont mind me asking a question for some opinions. Long story short, i had my son 4 years ago. First try, amazing pregnancy n labor no issues. Fast forward a few years and 3 misscariages in a row and now pregnant again after using femara and went for first sono. Empty gestational sac at 5weeks 3 days with no yolk sac.  Doctor is having me come back in a week to make sure but preparing me for another miscarriage! Iv read mixed stories online that people have not seen a yolk at this stage and been ok. Anyone have any stories or advice??
