why do i always feel hungry ?..

im finding even if i have a large meal i am hungry like 1-3  hrs later its a weird feeling and has been happening recently,  is this normal?

like i ate a full 12inch sub from subway and was hungry one hr later what the heck is up with that?

You could just have a fast metabolism.  I am the same way. You should try eating smaller meals more often, rather than the three a day. I have breakfast, brunch, lunch, a snack, dinner, another snack and sometimes one more snack depending on how late I stay up. If I skip meals (which happens when I'm short on funds. Ick.), I start getting dizzy, super moody, I can't take my meds, and I get bad tunnel vision. 
​The most important part is making sure your diet is varied and balanced.

If this is something new, that was my first symptom of pregnancy.. I didn't eat very much before and now I'm hungry a lot..
