Any success off Glow with first ovulation?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 6 months now and I recently decided to try ovulation apps since ovulation tests always tell me im not ovulating. This is my first ovulation according to Glow so I am curious to hear if anyone conceived during their first ovulation. Thanks
