​Before I became pregnant I had joined the gym to lose weight and had lost 13kg when I found out I was pregnant I stopped as I was sick which is how I found out morning sickness lasted all day everyday for 8 weeks I then just came back to the gym it feels great nothing extreme just treadmill and little weights I'm not going hardcore but I'm hoping I can keep at the gym has anyone heard differently about the gym??
