No appointment until 10 weeks?

I cant get in to see my doctor until im 10 weeks.....is that normal? Im 5 weeks now...

With my son, they didn't bring me in until I was 8 weeks because they said the heart beat is quieter and sometimes can't even be heard until around then. I was 3 weeks when I found out.

I didn't have my first appointment until 12w1d, it was a long wait, but you get to see more and the heartbeat will more easily be heard later on.

My dr.'s office is normally 8 weeks. I have really low progesterone and PCOS and I've had a previous MC. I'm going in next week for a blood draw to see how my progesterone levels are. Hopefully everything checks out. I don't want to come in early due to complications.

Ive been taking prenatals for months now so I'm ok on that. I just thought 10 weeks was a long time.
