I got off the mirena on June 19th got my first period on the 21st! I got my BFP on August 22nd two days before af was due on the 26th I started spotting and my ob confirmed early miscarriage on the 26th :( he said I can start trying right away because it was a natural miscarriage I only bled got 5 days! Like a normal period! I ovulated on sept 13th I'm currently 10 dpo I will be testing on oct 1st ? send some baby dust/prayers
