What happens after a blighted ovum?
After 16 months of ttc and 3 cycles of fertility treatments we finally got our bfp!
However, at 6 weeks it sadly has turned into a blighted ovum, which has been devastating. There's a gestational sac but nothing growing inside. Im a little confused about what happens next. I go to the dr Fri for another u/s but I haven't had any spotting, or cramping. I know I don't want a d&c.. I would like to get back to trying as soon as possible but not sure how long this all will take?
Any advice from others who have experienced this?
