DIC (hemorrhage during labor)

I wanted to know if you already had a DIC post delivery and then few years after tried to conceived and worked?

I had a heavy hemorrhage after delivery, almost died in there, now all good but trying to conceive it's been more than 3 years now and unfortunately nothing yet! I also have different periods since this event, heavy bleeding for 2/3 days then spotting for almost 10 days!
