What are some home remedies for vagina cramps and lower back pain? Help me!!! ????

My doctor actually told me tylonal is not helpful in most cases! I use Aleve, or advil/ibreprofen, and just either use a heating pad or I take a nice hot bath and just soak up for a little while! Hope you're not in too much pain!!

Tylenol does nothing for my cramps, I use Advil and sit ups as well as the occasional heating pad. My birth control has made it so much better though, I don't cramp as bad as I used to.

Also try a hot bath(as hot as you can stand) with Epsom salt.
