Drinking alcohol in your period?

Question

I don't mean a glass of wine, I meant partying...never combined the two. Should I avoid? I know I have to avoid pain killers.

Alcohol dehydrates your body... Plus the discharge... You could get an UTI because you aren't peeing and removing any bacteria that could get up to your urinary tract. I wouldn't recommend it though but drink lots of water.

I'm drinking on my period now. I don't see anything wrong with it. I know my period and I don't notice any differences.

I drink on my period all the time. Some people get drunk more quickly if they drink while on their period so just pay attention to what your body is telling you.  Also if you know your going to drink make sure not to take Tylenol that day since mixing Tylenol with drinking is really hard on your liver. Sometimes your more miserable the next day since you have cramps and a hangover though.
