Back pain

I'm 14 weeks and I work 8 hours a day, on my feet the whole time. When I get home I have horrible lower back pain all night that makes it difficult to stand or move at all. Should I mention it at my 16 week appointment or do I need to see someone ASAP? Also has anyone else had this?
