I am currently in my first day of menstruation ( forgot the code name for it, sorry ) I usually have severe to mild cramping everyday of my cycle, which on average lasts 5-7 days. I refuse to take Advil or pamprin, or any over the counter drug because of the long term liver damage it could potentially cause. Any one have any at home cramp relieving remedies ? Would greatly appreciate !
