Lactose intolerance after pregnancy??
I drank milk like every other kid growing up...when I was pregnant it was a lifesaver because it helped with heartburn and when I woke up because I was hungry, a cold glass of milk solved the hunger pangs! And it's great for baby! I loved it! But after having my daughter, I really feel like crap after having any milk products :( yogurt, cheese, and especially milk gets me sick. Now I'm pregnant again and I just want some milk to drink sometimes!! I've tried almond milk and soy milk, it really doesn't taste good to me. Did this happen to anyone else?
