Do bellybutton piercings hurt?

I'm un decisive about getting one because I'm scared of the pain?

I mean it's not going to not hurt, you're getting a thick needle shoved into you skin! You only feel it for like 15 seconds or less and then it's over. I think you can manage 15 secs of pain! :p

I have my hips, nose, tongue, and belly done twice, id say my nose hurt the most, but if you were to get your belly pierced make sure you keep it clean, don't over clean it cause it can get infected as mine did, also if you take it out and decided to get it re done it's a bit more painful.

I literally froze from the pain. You feel your skin get clamped and then a rod stuck in through one end & pushed out the other ... But it's only temporary pain till you bump it or get your clothe caught on it & although it looks great prior to falling pregnant it looks shocking after. It comes to resemble a coin slot, honest.

Most painful of any piercings I got back in the day.. Had my tongue.. Eyebrow.. Nose.. And lip.. But everyones pain tolerance is different..  I thought my nose piercing was pretty painful as well but some say it doesn't hurt at all.. A needle is going through your skin.. You'll most likely feel some discomfort

I'd say it was the easiest piercing I didn't even flinch til she sprayed it afterwards. It hurt once I got in my car to leave though. Everyone's different  but you also can't let it get into your head I was freaking out and then it was nothing. My cartilage in ny ear hurt WAY worse than ny bellybutton. Make sure it's a piercer you trust and you'll be fine. My 14 yr old sister is getting here's on her birthday next weekend she said she's not worried because she watched me do it and knows it's not that bad.

If you plan on getting pregnant one day, I would save your money. It gets all stretched out and never looks the same
