Spotting for a week and half?!

I missed my period in September, four days after my period was supposed to end I started light spotting and have been spotting since the 26th. Should I go see a doctor? Should I be concerned?

That's exactly what happened to me. But for three months. So when my dr called and said I was pregnant I about had a heart attack because the 8 test I took all said negative!!!

Wow that's amazing! I had a mini meltdown last week because I had new heavier spotting. We went in to see my doctor right away to make sure everything was okay. They did an ultrasound and sure enough baby was still there and heart was beating. I calculated and if I were still getting my period it would have started last week. She said they don't know why but it happens to some women. I am hoping it doesn't happen again next month. I am sure glad I took a test because had I not I would have probably just assumed they were just two strange periods.

I would definitely test if you haven't already. I had the same thing happen. I started really light spotting on the day I was supposed to start my last period so I didn't think I was pregnant. I had taken an ept test the day before and it said negative. I repeated the test 4 days later and it was positive and I am going to be 8 weeks tomorrow!! :)

Have you gotten your BFP yet?? My best friend had IB spotting for 12 days! Ob-GYN said it was normal. She has a healthy 1 year old baby girl :) I would get it checked out though. You may have what they call decidual bleeding. It's rare, but pregnant women do have it. It's like a super light period (spotting) but occurs much later than implantation bleeding. Hope that helps!!
