How long did you and your SO talk/casually date before becoming official?

My significant other & I met about a year ago, had sex in January, and started casually dating around April. We are very serious and love each other. We are not official but do everything that couples do, even go on dates every weekend. My SO is the hold up as to why we don't have a title and I'm being patient but I will not wait forever.

Started talking October 9th 2012 started dating October 20th 2012 made love April 6th 2013 and our two years is coming up in about 2 weeks I love him so much

sometimes you have to be the one to ask! I know some guys don't think the status of the relationship is important if they already feel committed to you. you just have to mention how important it is to you and he should get the hint!

hung out oct 25,went on first date the 26, had first kiss 27,had sex on my birthday the 28 ,on the 29 we knew we were in love,we got engaged that night .the 30 told family and called court house and got told on oct 31 we can get married so we did .true love 
this was oct 31 2001 we married at 3;37 pm

I ment my guy in October 2008 back in high school I was a freshman he was a senior we've kept in touch throughout the years and we were great friends it wasn't until last year that we ever really have it much thought to dating each other until friends asked if we would ever date each other. A week later we were both starting the night at their house on the weekend and stayed up talking all night and by mid morning it was official we were dating now we have been together for a year and three months
