I took a pregnancy test today not in am but at noon I got two lines but one was really faint could I be pregnant

Hcg is the only thing that'll create a second line so you're very likely pregnant! Post a pic :)

First morning urine is most concentrated and will be the highest in hcg. Even a faint line is positive. Test again in the morning, it should be darker.
