Your subconscious does crazy things when you're dreaming. And usually because it's a safe outlet to do so. I had a sex dream last night involving my high school boyfriend (so, like 12 years ago) and felt kinda dirty waking up and seeing my current boyfriend sound asleep next to me.

I have a dream dictionary because a lot of my dreams are bizarre and sometimes really vivid and frightening; that helps me sort out the meanings behind symbols but this sort of thing is probably just insecurity manifesting. And that's okay, so long as it's not that way in waking life. You don't want to be worrying constantly that your man is stepping out on you, that's not healthy. But in the context of a dream, it's your mind letting go of that fear I think.

Well I know hes not cheating and he just laughs at my dreams, because I've been having them for the 2+ years we've been dating lol But thank you ladies for the insight. It's helped a lot. It's just weird that I lose him in my dreams too. And every time I do find him, he's not cheating after all. But I just always suspect it. And it's the same way in life. I admit it, I get a little jealous sometimes but I know he would never stray. It's just my subconscious being crazy lol

I accidentally voted yes as in yes, i have had this kind of dream! I used to wake up mad, telling him about my dream and what i would do to him if that ever happened! Haha. Last time i had a dream like that was like a week ago and when i woke up i was laughing because (in the dream) he had left me for absolutely stupid reasons, such as his ex's hair being prettier than mine... Lol! I dont give much thought to those dreams anyway :-P
