Advice
So I do have pcos and Ttc. My doctor suggested I try to lose a little weight but I work out five days a week and eat generally pretty healthy so I was wondering if any of you have any advice on how to lose a little weight. I'm kinda at a loss he didn't have much advice on what else I can do. So figured I would ask on here hopefully I'm not the only one who has trouble losing it. Any advice would be appreciated.
