Help!

I've been having more ewcm lately, more than usual, AF is 7 days late, but  I don't have symptoms of being pregnant. I also took a hpt from the 99cent store on the 5th day I was late and it came out negative. Today the 7the day I'm having more ewcm, my lower back is achy and i'm feeling a bit of a cramp as if I'm about to get AF. Could I be just late?
