BFP within 1-3 months of using this app? If so please add info

I'm curious to see if anyone had had success with tracking on this app exclusively or if you used any fertility drugs, prenatals, or a certain routine to reach your BFP. Thanks in advance. I just want to know why what I'm doing is not working.

I started this app on sept 1st and received my BFP in October. No extra drugs or ovulation kits...just had a lot of sex with my hubby on the days suggested and a few in between and bam. But remember everyone is different...this is my fourth and last baby after 2 miscarriages so I'm praying this baby will stick☺️ I hope you get a BFP very soon?

This was my second month ttc! Just learned about my bodies clues and of course BD two days before o days and every day it's a positive opk!!!good luck

I started this app in the middle of July. I was taking prenatals. Tracking bbt. An logged previous periods cause I kept track at home already without the app. Went by glow on ovulation days. Got bfp 7 days late at the end of august.
