Ovulating on cd7 or 8???

We have been ttc for about two years. I took a round of 100 mg Clomid this past cycle. (Didn't ovulate on 50 mg) I have PCOS which is what is causing me to not ovulate. I got an opk and started testing the day that my period stopped. My periods only last about four days. So on cd 7 and 8 I got a distinct positive. Both lines were just as dark. Is it possible to ovulate that soon?
