It really depends on how close you are, how old you are, etc. My husband wanted us to live together before marriage, and I actually didn't. So, I agreed to live together if there was a ring & a date. We got engaged right at a year of dating and then started living together. We bought our house a few months later, then got married. We were over 30 by that time and very close, very much in love.

Their is no right answer for this question. Every couple is different. I moved in with my bf after a 4 months of dating! It never felt more perfect!
