Early Signs of Pregnancy? 7dpo

I'm 7 dpo today. This is month 3 TTC for baby #3. Yesterday and today I noticed I had watery cm a couple times, enough to make me think AF arrived early, but wasn't. My period is due on 17th. I ovulated on CD 16. Took a 10 miu test that was bfn tonight (no big surprise I know its too early)...question is, I do not remember the really early signs of pg. Is watery cm and cramping on day 6&7 dpo good sign of pregnancy? Also have had crazy, vivid dreams last two nights...praying this is my month!! I will retest once every day until AF arrives.
