Pain while sneezing?

Question

So...I'm 18w3d and I just sneezed and had a really bad pain in the middle of my uterus, it only lasted a few seconds then went away but I'm just wondering if this is normal or should I be worried?

My friend and I were just talking about that this morning! She's 20 weeks and says every time she sneezing she can't even move for a minute cus the pain! Her doc said it's totally normal

I have bad allergies and I sneeze all throughout the day and it hurts every time due to round ligament pain it is normal and just apart of the many painful weird things in pregnancy ;)
