What does a huge drop in bbt mean

After ovulation. I should be 5dpo now. Yesterday it spiked up and this morning it went down a lot. Does it mean anything?

Today's had a jump of .7 in temp

You have to watch the next days your temp. At 3DPO IT isn't implantation because it's to early. Could be a so called 'fall back' could be just 1 day 'off'.... do you temp every day at the same time after min 6 hours sleep?
