I read apple cider vinegar and water works,is this true? What works good

I love using Apple cider vinegar for acne! I especially use it for those really deep and painful zits. Take a hot shower to open up your pores, put some ACV on a cotton ball and rub it over the problem area, and then hold it for a few minutes on the really deep ones. Make sure to rinse it off really good. It's a miracle worker I swear.

Honey and cinamon works really well. Make a paste and apply on your face got 30 min and wash off with a wash cloth. Honey also lightens acne scars and blemishes.

It sounds a little odd but I heard tomatoes work well for zits so I tried it and it shrunk them quite a bit the first time alone!
