Am I sick or?

Oct 1 I mc at 6 weeks. Oct. 7 I had an expected bfn. Had sex a few times in between then and now and according to glow today is my first green day. Is it possible I could be pregnant already? Or what I thought was a mc wasn't and the test was a false negative? I know it sounds silly and I'm probably just sick but i can't remember the last time I vomited cause I was sick. I took the last 2 days off work cause I wasn't feeling well and today I start vomiting everything I eat up.
