I'm 3 days late for my Period. And TTC

My body feels different I'm nausea. And tired more than usual. My boobs were really sore but now the sore Ness went down but still feel full. I took a test today and got a faint line back writhing 2 minute. . I pulled it out the plastic stick so you van see it better its the test with the line and cross you can see a blue line going down is this a Positive.
