For us we do every other day and when opks give positive we do it that day. The day before ovulation when I was starting to get strong surge we did it knowing I would ovulate the next day and the day off and day after. Some say the healthiest sperm is every other and some say every day is ok. I go with every other. That's just me and my hubby though.

Go by your sexdrive.... For some people 3 times a week is 'to much' - for some people 3 times a day is just comfortable.... As long as your SO doesn't have issues with his sperm quality - go with your feelings!

I talked to my doctor and she advised sex every day (as long as we were comfortable) during my fertile window. This is our first month doing that, we previously only did 2-3x during my fertile window. Fingers crossed for all of us!
