Help so confused!! Is this normal? This has been my first month tracking BBT. To me it just doesn't seem right. I also have been diagnosed with PCOS. Could that be a reason?

It depends on if you're consistent in your time you take your temp and making sure you don't move much before you take it. I noticed I rise about .5 degrees just within 2 hours after my normal testing time. So you have to pick a time and stick with it.

Yes it is - I'm in the same situation. Pcos and crazy graphic so I stopped to do it. But it depends for every women. Mine is like this as a roller coaster ;-)). Make ovulation tests or keep going on for 2/3 month and see what happen then talk with your doc. Don't worry, WE are ok!! Good luck
