im 8w5d today plz help I dont want to take anything that will harm the baby. just got back from work trip

I had very very very bad flu at 12 weeks lasted for 15 freakin days!!!
I just tell u the only safe med thing to take is acetaminophen family, that's it!!
Just rest rest rest, and hydrate as much as you can!! Only if you have fever take the medicinre, really other than that why putting chemicals in your body  and your babie's body?

Tylenol and lots of water and rest is the best. There is not a lot of medication that are safe for the flu while pregnant.
