Hsg bleeding

I had my hsg and when I stood up I was bleeding so bad it went straight to the floor and puddled. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't find anything online about it. It wasn't spotting it was heavy and went straight down my legs and all in the floor. The bed was covered too.
