I'm 20 weeks and I decided to go on a walk because the weather was feeling nice and maybe 10 minutes into my walk I started getting these pains in my stomach that stopped when I stopped walking, it almost felt like the baby had his feet pushing out on my belly, but I know that's not it, I went inside sat down and drank some water, they went away when I stopped walking, is this something to be concerned about?
