I always receive very reasonable advice from you - hoping you don't mind with another first tri/first baby worry...

I'm 10 weeks with a baby who as of last US (8 weeks) was perfectly healthy. But yesterday after having sex I bled a little (red, only a few drops). In the past 24 hrs there's been no red blood but a few times I've noticed faint pink spotting on the tissue after peeing. Now tonight, I'm also having faint cramping. I know everyone says bleeding after sex is normal but my concern is that it's now been a day. Is this something I should be headed to the ER for? Or just wait it out? Thanks in advance.
