What's going on?

The past two days I've had diarrhea. And the last week I've been feeling nauseous, slight back and stomach pains almost like I'm about to start my period, and a lot of discharge. I just had a visit from Aunt Flo on the 8th to the 10th. I also have pcos and since June my periods have been irregular until this month which was the first time I had a period back to back in a couple months. So what is going on with me?
