PCOS - anyone with same thing?!!

Anyone on here with Polycystic ovarian syndrome? I have a doc appointment on Thursday to go on some medication to make me regular again. I been off birth control from almost a year... Hoping I am able to conceive at some point in my life. Just a little discouraged.

I have PCOS. My dr proscribed metformin, which made me regular. I was already ovulating but not regularly. I got pregnant last year after 4 months but sadly had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. After 7 months of trying, I am currently 6 weeks along. Have faith. ?

In was diagnosed recently with PCOS after not getting pregnant for a year of unprotected sex and then being on provera and clomid to try and conceive. I missed my period for nearly 5 months and was put on Metformin to help regulate my period. For 2 weeks i took 1 pill once a day then began taking 2 pills a day (this made me very sick and appatently my body could not handle the side effects), I went back to 1 pill a day and got my period after 24 days of being on the metformin. I have now gotten my period two cycles in a row. ☺️. Dont be discouraged! Speak to your doctor about your options. Also, do your research... Changing the way you eat can really help with your PCOS symptoms.

Hi I also have pcos and battling everyday. Last pregnancy was when I was 16 and I am now 25. Ive lost 30 lbs and now at 180 but I still have at least 20 lbs to go. Hoping to get pregnant by next year.

I was diagnosed with pcos in 2010. But have had the signs and symptoms all of my life.
