Back pain?

Anyone else struggling with bad pack pain?? It's so bad that after a few minutes of standing or doing anything I have to sit down & rest bc it's so uncomfortable. This is going to be a LONG pregnancy if it's already this bad at 6w 5d!

Absolutely. The sharp back pain was one of my first symptoms. I'm 7 weeks 6 days today and it still hurts really bad. Get lots of rest and put a heating pad on it. That's the only way I can get relief.

Yes terrible lower back pain! But I have a big cyst so doc thinks that is why I'm in pain! I'm 6wks 2days! Good luck :(

Yes!!! I have had horrible upper back pain from about 7weeks, I'm now 15 weeks and the pain is still just as sharp if not worse. I can't sit at all. The only relief I find is when I stand or when I lay down. I've gone to the chiropractor thinking my back was out but it did not help. Driving is an absolute pain. I guess this would be one of the symptoms of pregnancy. Exercises and stretches have started to help, but need to be kept up with daily. Good luck! I just have to keep saying to myself that it will be worth the pain and discomfort when I get to look into the eyes of my little darling for the first time :)

I'm getting this aswell you have to be careful because it can lead to passing out speak to your midwife
