Tissue from a miscarriage? TMI Pic

I've been really attentive to my cycles since my chemical pregnancy, I was wondering has anyone ever experienced this or can give my some advice, details, w/e. In this pic is what came out of me and it's in warm water for about 5 mins.

Yes it's tissue. It may be some left over from your MC. I passed my MC aug 2nd after it bein confirm July 12th, and my next cycle was much heavier than any I've had before. Lots of clots but small ones and not much pain. Lots of food adversion and irritability.

Is it gray in color? It's hard to tell from the picture. If it's gray, then it's probably tissue
