Working 3rd shift??

Question

So I'm starting a new job soon and I will be working 3rd shift,11pm- 7 am.  I'm worried that it's going to mess up my menstrual cycle.  Will this happen? I'm also worried that my husband and I won't be as clouse as we are now. Does working 3rd shift mess up a marriage/relationship?

I work the night shift and I can tell you that it has slightly messed up my cycle but I didn't start to track it until here recently so idk :/ but I honestly like working nights. I hated it at first and not sleeping beside my SO every night but I slowly got used to it.  We make time to see each other and I love being home in the evenings. That's when we spend our time together.
