How soon altering getting your BFP did you get in to see your obgyn?

After 4 months ttc for baby #2 I finally got my BFP!!! ???. I remember from my first the ob's office didn't bring me in for a few weeks. I plan to call them tomorrow but I was hoping to get opinions from others.

I called my OB to schedule right away but asked to schedule later rather than sooner since this is my 2nd pregnancy, she scheduled me for 8 weeks .... Halloween!!

With my first I went to my GP at 4 weeks and had blood work and the referral to my obgyn sent. I went to my obgyn at 12 weeks. 
Then for my 2nd I went to my GP at 6 weeks (I knew I didn't need to rush) this GP sent me for blood work, and an ultra sound at 10 weeks. And at 14 weeks I went to my GP.

First appointment was around 8 weeks so 3-4 weeks after calling that I had a positive hpt. Congratulations!

I got my BFP at 6 weeks and called right away. They scheduled me to see my obgyn at 9w4d and first ultrasound at 10w1d.

I called today and they scheduled me for 10wks which I on my bday December 3rd and I get to have a sonogram! I'm over the ? with excitement!!!

I don't get to see an obgyn until I'm 30 weeks.  I see a nurse for my prenatal appointments and get my blood work,  ultrasounds and everything checked monthly at the clinic. My first ultrasound was at 7 weeks and 5 days.  I think everything depends on the region you Live in,  and what your doctor plans for You
