I just had sex on my most fertile day, 2 days later I'm cramping and my temperature spiked yesterday. I read that you're temperature spikes after ovulation, so I'm guessing I had sex the perfect time. But why 2 days later am I cramping and my boobs are still in pain and swollen. I'm really bloated, can't suck in. What is going on...?
