No appetite! ?

Question

I have absolutely no appetite whatsoever and it's horrible, I have no desire to eat anything. 
I have eaten three plain crackers and a bit of potato today, it's a wee bit worrying aswell, if I'm not eating the baby is not eating ? last week I was sick for a whole week and this week it's been no appetite, I can't wait to overcome this part.
 Anyone else out there going through the same thing?

I am exactly the same! I'm starving I'm sooo hungry but every time I try to eat I start gagging and I really hate throwing up so that's enough for me to stop! Call me crazy but the water makes it so much worse for me. It makes my stomach feel 10x emptier and it's miserable! I'm so nauseous all day long it's terrible. It scares me cus the baby needs the food but I cannot stomach anything. The only thing that's helped me so far are icees from the gas station.

Thanks for your comments. I just had some more crackers and cheese, seems to be the only thing that my body is not rejecting.

I have been the same way throughout my whole pregnancy! I'm almost 30 weeks now... I make sure I take my vitamins and drink water... I eat what I can.. Sometimes it might be a slice of cake.. Lol this baby has been so picky! Plus I had a kidney stone and was in pain worse than labor (this is my second baby) for about a week. Couldn't hardly eat.. Just had chicken broth and water! Some days bread. Then wisdom teeth pain! It's been rough lol but I know it will be worth it all

My dr said just go into survival mode right now.  Don't worry about baby, he steals from ur body.  (but take ur prenatals & get calcium if possible.)
She said, other than that, if u have to eat the same food for breakfast lunch and dinner for awhile, do that.

That's what I thought because I was sick morning to night but the baby is taking whatever it needs from you right now so eat what u can it will get better

For the past three days I haven't had an appetite ? what works for me is mash potatoes or Apple sauce and maybe a few pieces of brocoli. I drink plenty of water and seems to help and maybe take a nap, it seems to help me a little but yesterday I got somewhat an appetite, so don't stress to much

I find comfort that for me Baby is so freaking tiny that it doesn't need a meal as big as what I would need. Baby will be fine, just eat what you can and stay hydrated.
