Hi I'm pregnant with my first baby, very scared nd frightened. My families had C - section in all of the pregnancy but I would like a normal delivery. I can't go anywhere much cuz my placenta is low lying it can bleed anytime so need to rest most of the time. I'm 26 wks today just waiting for my 32 wk scan until I find out tht i need a section or not. Any good tips of positions while I'm in Labour please ?
