I have just found out I am pregnant and I'm wondering about pregnancy vitamins. With so many to choose from I'm confused as to which are best to take? Thanks ?

I took the gummy ones I think they're called Vitamin Fusions, until I got to The doctor to get prescription ones. The prescription ones I've been using are called VitaFol Ultra.

I take Blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding multivitamin it's had everything in it for the baby, and I take vitamin D, 
The most important thing is to at least take a folic acid, pop into and see a pharmacist they will be help you out with what's best for you ? congrats x

I take Materna and it's easy for my at least on the tummy. Not sure if it's canadian only

Whichever ones you are able to take & keep down. Some ppl have issues with multis. Talk to your Dr., the pharmacist or staff at a health foods store for the best advice.
